They listen to your needs (business trip? important family trip?) and will recommend and discuss with the travel providers exactly what will best suit you. Their arrangements for our recent trip to Four Seasons Lanai were well thought-out and executed, resulting in maybe the best family vacation time for us in the last 5 years. A+ rating.

We are always so happy with Team Ourisman when it comes to helping us with our trips. As usual, everything was taken care of and our two-week trip flowed so smoothly. Communications with the hotels for our room and rate requests and with the hotel concierges for our car transfers — everything was ready for us. We were delighted to see wonderful welcome amenities and a thoughtful note in our room awaiting our arrival at each hotel. Fantastic Luxury Travel Agency. Ourisman Travel is phenomenal. We started with an online booking and the team was wonderful in accommodating our request for a price match. After a while, it turned out the SPG Luxury Privileges rate for the property was better for us than the Virtuoso rate and the team was able to get us rebooked at the Luxury Privileges rate with no problem. When we hit a little snag prior to departure, they were able to sort it out. I would highly recommend Ourisman Travel.

Wrapping up summer on Waikiki. I’ve been a customer of Ourisman Travel for the past several years and have consistently been impressed by their level of service and expertise. I’m now a fan of a Travel Agent! I’ve had poor experiences with travel agents in the past, and I usually book hotels through Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts. For this trip, Amex did not have the Four Seasons 5th night free promotion available so I booked direct. I then transferred the booking to Ourisman Travel to have the backing of someone if things went wrong. Our Four Seasons Lanai room was upgraded to a much higher level, and I believe this was partly due to the previous business that Ourisman has done with the Four Seasons. I will likely book many future trips with Ourisman.

I found Ourisman Travel on Flyertalk and was hesitant using a foreign Travel Agent (I’m outside the US). Angela was responsive, professional and handled every request with ease. I’ve just completed 3 recent stays over the past few weeks all booked with the assistance of Ourisman Travel. It continues to be a pleasure to work with everyone at the team. Their team members who typically handle hotel bookings are miracle workers and their established relationships with individual hotels and companies is evident with all special requests always being communicated to the properties ahead of arrival. I can’t help but feel truly spoiled by the frequent upgrades extended by the hotels. Although I have other channels available for luxury bookings such American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts, I routinely return to Team Ourisman for my travel needs and look forward to working with them again on next year’s trips.
