Our affiliation with Brownell and Virtuoso provides you with access to exclusive value-added amenities for your hotel stays. These amenities vary per hotel and program and will be communicated to you at the time of booking. For each hotel, we identify the best program to book; whether Virtuoso or another program, and then we’ll ensure you receive the best value and VIP status through our valuable relationships with the hotels we book.

Belmond Bellini Club:
Membership to the Bellini Club gives Brownell access to generous benefits that we can pass on to our clients to make their travel experiences unique. We receive advance notice of private sales, promotions, and offers before they are published (and potentially sold out).
The invitation-only Bellini Club includes less than 100 agencies worldwide. The exact benefits vary slightly depending on the property but generally, Bellini Club will trump the offerings of Virtuoso. The biggest benefit of booking with a Bellini Club advisor, in our opinion, is a $200 hotel credit when you book a suite!

Dorchester Diamond Club:
When you book one of the hotels in the Dorchester Collection with a Diamond Club advisor, you access exclusive benefits and the highest VIP status. We work closely with our contact at the property before and throughout your trip to ensure that you have an exceptional travel experience.
Only the top travel agencies in the world are members of the Dorchester Collection Diamond Club. When you travel as an Ourisman Travel guest, be prepared to be dazzled! The biggest benefit of booking with a Diamond Club advisor, in our opinion, is a guaranteed room category upgrade at the time of booking and a full breakfast in any venue!

- Junior Suites + Executive King Rooms at The Dorchester: (excludes 45 Park Lane) the same amenities listed above except the room upgrade is subject to availability at the time of arrival

Four Seasons Preferred Partner:
As an Ourisman Travel client, you are privy to the exclusive Four Seasons Preferred Partner program. This means all of the Four Seasons Resorts and Hotels will extend added-value amenities and VIP status for your stay. We have a personal relationship with contacts on-property and priority access for reservations and requests. We work hand-in-hand with our contacts to make sure your stay is memorable and includes these additional Four Seasons Preferred Partner benefits. We also carry a Top 30 advisory status for every Four Seasons hotel so we know that our clients are in the best hands wherever they stay.

- Daily full breakfast for two people per bedroom served in a hotel restaurant or through In-Room Dining
- Hotel/Resort Credit* (based on room category booked) enriching your clients’ stay with their choice of experience – from spa and dining to recreation:
- Guest Rooms: USD 100 credit per stay
- Suites and Specialty Suites: USD 200 credit per stay
- Private Retreats: USD 200 credit per bedroom per stay

Your benefits are often combinable with other special offers and promotions from Four Seasons such as “Experience More” and “Stay Longer.” The biggest benefit of booking with a Preferred Partner advisor, in our opinion, is full breakfast including through in-room dining!
Just a handful of travel agencies worldwide are members of the Four Seasons Preferred Partner Agency program. Hyatt Privé:
Ourisman Travel is a charter member of Hyatt’s preferred partner program, Hyatt Privé. When you stay at a Park Hyatt, an Andaz hotel, a Grand Hyatt, a Hyatt Regency, or The Unbound Collection by Hyatt Hotels – you can access exclusive benefits and amenities. Varying from unique local recommendations to VIP status, we work closely with you and our Hyatt Privé partners to deliver a truly personalized stay.
The biggest benefit to booking with a Privé advisor, in our opinion, is our Hyatt partners respond to requests for early check-in, late check-out, room upgrade, and connecting rooms within 24 hours of booking so you know exactly what to expect during your stay. Hyatt Privé trumps the offerings of booking with Virtuoso because they offer an upgrade at booking.
Only Hyatt’s top travel agency partners are invited to join Hyatt Privé, and Ourisman Travel is proud to be one of them. The Hyatt Privé program allows us to create an exceptional travel experience for you at Hyatt hotels around the world.

Mandarin Oriental Fan Club:
Ourisman Travel is a member of the exclusive Mandarin Oriental Fan Club, allowing our clients staying at any of the Mandarin Oriental properties access to benefits and amenities that they cannot acquire when booking online or directly.
We have direct contact information with key staff at each of the properties and can ensure your needs and desires are met. The dedicated ambassador support team at each property is made aware when an Ourisman Travel client is staying with them.
Mandarin Oriental hand-picks select agencies to become members of the Fan Club and we are grateful to be one of them. The Fan Club is an invitation-only program offered to exclusively top travel agencies around the world. Our clients enjoy a tailored, VIP experience at Mandarin Oriental Hotels thanks to the dedicated communication channels combined with the exclusive benefits and amenities.
Mandarin Oriental trumps Virtuoso amenities due to the benefit of Fan Club offering a choice to use your stay credit on Food & Beverage or the Spa.

We are a longtime partner of Marriott and its luxury hotel brands. We work closely together to accomplish our common goal of providing a memorable and exceptional experience for our shared guests. Through this program, we have a dedicated Concierge Desk as well as an on-property ambassador. The PenClub is an invitation-only program offered to a handful of top travel agencies around the world. Ourisman Travel clients enjoy a tailored, VIP experience at the Peninsula Hotels thanks to the dedicated communication channels combined with the exclusive benefits and amenities. The biggest benefit of booking with a Pen Club advisor, in our opinion, is PEN time!

This grants our clients access to exclusive benefits and amenities at Shangri-La hotels and resorts around the world. We work closely with our dedicated contacts at each property to ensure you receive personalized service and VIP status – something you can’t find online no matter how hard you search.
As a member of The Luxury Circle, we cherish our relationship with each property and we receive advance notice of any promotions and exclusive specials for advisors in The Luxury Circle. Shangri-La aims to create a sense of peace and a feeling of home when travelers arrive. The level of service is consistent across the 90+ hotels and resorts around the world, anticipating guests’ needs and paying care to even the smallest detail.
The biggest benefit of being a member of Luxury Circle, in our opinion, is the opportunity of a room category upgrade at the time of booking!

- Hotel credit of USD50 or 10% of average daily room rate, whichever is higher (once per stay)
